Santa Clara is a lager inspired by the iconic southern German Helles-bier. True to style, it is clean with a straw-yellow color. It shows a classic malt structure balanced with noble Tettnanger–earthy sweetness of sunflower seeds balanced with floral aromas and subtle bitterness of sweetgrass. Side note: It’s a Basqueland brewer favorite and the most awarded beer in our stable.
Slam Dunkel, ja! Check out this dry finish gem of a lager with notable malt character thanks to the addition of roasted Munich malts. It’s a slammer with added complexity—biscuity, dark bread flavours. Slam Dunkel has a beautiful copper color and a creamy head. Grilled food’s love at first sight.
