- Denia prawn gabardine with jalapeño sriracha.
- Marine Gilda with red prawn.
- Nigiri with sea bass tartare and smoked scarlet prawn.

- Grilled hake cheeks with Iberian pork consommé, textured artichoke, and pine nuts.
- Pochas beans, dried octopus & dashi/ octopus consommé & lemongrass.

* Conditions:
1- Reservations are valid only for parties of two, four, or six guests.
2- You may cancel the reservation until January 1, 2024, at noon; after this date, no refunds will be issued.
3- At the end of the dinner, the remaining amount of €50 per person, along with the corresponding amount for consumed beverages, must be settled.
4- Those arriving more than 15 minutes after the reserved time will lose their deposit and forfeit their place.
