· ROCK, DDH DIPA – 8% ABV. Dry-Hop: Simcoe, Mosaic, Citra Cryo.
For this beer, we’ve taken a deep dive and created a solid body using Golden Promise, Melanoidin, and raw wheat to provide a mild, sweet malt flavor with notes of honey and toast, along with a deep orange color. The malt bill contributes to a soft, silky-smooth beer with a rich and creamy mouthfeel. Hoppy aromas of peach, nectarine, papaya, and mango take over the nose, with a hint of fruit caramel from the Melanoidin malt providing a complex character.
· PAPER, DDH IPA – 6,2% ABV. Dry-Hop: YCH301 Mosaic trial, Mosaic, Cashmere.
Dry-hopped with YCH301 Mosaic containing fresh-frozen Cryo Hops that have been kept in that state from the moment of harvest until the addition phase at the brewery. This process helps to preserve the delicate nuances of the hops and results in a beer with fresh and intense citrus and tropical notes. · SCISSORS, DDH West Coast IPA – 6,3% ABV. Dry-Hop: Southern Cross, Citra, Motueka, Motueka Kief.
Brewed with cutting-edge New Zealand-grown cryogenic Motueka SubZero Hop Kief from @freestylehops. This hop kief provides a unique and complex aroma profile: A full spectrum of squashed orange pulp and juicy lime hit your senses with tropical and herbal undertones round it up. Pale and slightly hazy this danky treat has been brewed with Maris Otter malts and California ale yeast for a beefed-up body and has an everlasting bitterness.
