01/2026 Job offer: Packaging operator

We’re looking for a Packaging Operator to carry out bottling, canning, and kegging tasks, ensuring the quality, cleanliness, and efficiency of our processes.

You’ll be part of the packaging team, working closely on quality control and line maintenance.

We value experience in the food industry, mechanical aptitude, and attention to detail.

Description / Responsibilities:

• Report directly to the Packaging Manager.
• Operate bottling, canning, and kegging lines following Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs). This includes manual tasks such as box assembly, packing, palletizing (up to 40kg kegs), and changing formats as needed.
• Perform CIP cleaning operations on lines and equipment according to established SOPs.
• Carry out quality control checks, including pH measurements, quantitative strip testing, can seam analysis, oxygen and CO₂ monitoring, luminometry cleaning verification, and sampling for the quality department.
• Ensure cleanliness and organization of equipment and work areas before, during, and after production runs.
• Assist the Packaging Manager with daily planning and execution, including preventive maintenance, organizational tasks, and general cleaning.
• Support other departments such as production or warehouse when required.

Requirements:

• At least 2 years of experience in the food industry. Experience in a brewery is a strong plus.
• Strong mechanical aptitude required due to the handling of heavy equipment.
• Excellent organization and attention to detail are essential, including accurate completion of process control forms.
• Basic computer skills.
• Education in brewing or packaging is a plus, but not strictly necessary.
• Effective communication skills and teamwork.
