Untamed hops.We've brewed this DDH IPA on a base of Lager malt with generous additions of malted wheat, flaked wheat and raw wheat, creating a silky mouthfeel, hazy and a pale, glowing appearance.Mosaic kicks things off in the whirlpool with a burst of tropical aromas. Then Nelson Sauvin, Strata Cryo and a second addition of Mosaic take over in the dry hop, layering mango, wild berries, white grape and a distinctive dank character with hints of diesel funk. A firm touch of bitterness brings everything into balance.When the wolf knocks at the door, invite it in.
