Brewed together with our friends from Ensenada, Wendlandt Cervecería, and Ben Matz, Basqueland’s founding brewer.
This beer will be our flagship during Basqueland’s 10th anniversary on October 18th. Crafted to sip, share, and enjoy with great company.
- Body and texture: light, brewed with Pale Ale malt, malted wheat, and Chit malt.
- Color: translucent and pale yellow.
- Aroma and flavor: surprisingly complex, with notes of orange peel, gooseberry, and white fruit.
- Finish: very refreshing, with a balanced bitterness and a pleasantly dry finish.
This is the fourth of nine collaborations to celebrate our 10th anniversary.
