Brother Jupiter

Brewed together with our friends at Sparkle from Brittany to celebrate Basqueland’s 11th anniversary.

Brother Jupiter is a medium-bodied DDH IPA with huge aromatic intensity. A selection of Ultra Pale, Chit, Lager malt and oats creates a hazy, silky base that lets the hops take centre stage. Strata, Riwaka, Citra and Nectaron Cryo are added in the dry hop, with Citra also in the whirlpool, creating an explosive profile packed with layers of ripe fruit.

• Aroma & flavour: An absolute aromatic boom, with layers of passion fruit, ripe peach and red berries, alongside the distinctive diesel-like character of New Zealand hops.
• Body & texture: Very pale in colour, with a medium body and an incredibly silky mouthfeel.
• Finish: Intense fruity notes give way to a light, elegant bitterness, followed by a final burst of fruit that lingers on the palate.
