Brewed in collaboration with Cloudwater Brew to celebrate Basqueland’s 9th anniversary.
Bonito del Norte, canned tuna, holds a real liquid treasure inside. This collaborative Double Dry-hopped IPA, one of our favorite styles, is a true delight for the senses.
We’ve used a blend of pilsner malts as the base, along with malted oats, flaked oats, and raw wheat to create a beer with body and a smooth, silky mouthfeel.
We’ve added El Dorado, Idaho7, and the innovative Krush hops in dry-hop for a short contact period to get the best out of them, layering delicious aromas of orange peel, grapefruit, guava, and passion fruit, with a subtle hint of woodiness.
