Gaztelugatxe

Like a breeze from the Italian coast: smooth, light, and easy to drink, with a subtle floral touch of Hallertau Mittelfrüh that invites another sip… and another.

Brewed together with our friends from Astigarraga, Meta Edabeak, this beer is part of the special collaborations for our 10th anniversary.

The recipe combines a carefully selected malt blend: Pilsner Premium for a light and slightly sweet base, Caramunich Type 2 adding notes of bread and biscuit, giving a bit more body and complexity without darkening the beer too much, and Carapils to round the mouthfeel and add smoothness.

• Body: Light and rounded, with a silky texture that preserves the characteristic freshness of an Italian Pilsner.
• Color: Pale golden, translucent and bright, with reflections that invite a sip.
• Aroma and flavor: Delicately complex: floral and herbal notes from the dry-hop, hints of bread and biscuit, and a light touch of white fruit and citrus thanks to the house yeast.
• Finish: Refreshing, with balanced bitterness and a dry, clean finish that invites the next sip.
