Made in collaboration with our friends from La Garriga KOM Beer.
We’ve chosen to create a Double IPA with our house yeast, complemented by a massive dry-hop of Australian hops, to which we’ve added Galaxy Spectrum to further enhance the tropical flavors. Upon serving, you’ll immediately notice aromas of pineapple, passion fruit, and stone fruit that intensify with the first sip and evolve to reveal a subtle bitterness that balances out the bold flavor. A beast of a beer.
