No’rway Jose

No’rway Jose is a hazy IPA with a double dry-hop of Mosaic, Ekuanot, and Ella, fermented with Saturated yeast for a fruity boom from start to finish.

You’ll find pronounced citrus notes of lime-lemon and grapefruit, enhanced by layers of red berries and pineapple, all on a soft base of extra pale malt, flaked oats, and malted wheat that completes an intense and flavorful experience.

· Year of first brewing: 2017.
· Milestone:  It marked our first collaboration with the renowned international brewery Lervig of Norway, and it enabled us to build relationships to share and learn new brewing techniques, paving the way for the creation of innovative beers.
