Salsa Verde

Brewed in collaboration with Track Brewing Co. to celebrate Basqueland’s 9th anniversary,

Salsa Verde captures the freshness and herbaceous character of the iconic sauce from Basque cuisine. We crafted this beer using barley, oats, and wheat malts to create a rich and enveloping experience. Instead of parsley, we selected the finest hops, including HBC 1019 in dry-hopping, an experimental hop that adds a unique dimension to the recipe.

The beer emanates aromas of peach in syrup, fruit candies, and passion fruit, intertwined with the freshness of lime zest.

A sweet finish balanced by a hint of bitterness harmonizes with the intense and surprising mouthfeel.

It’s a hop-filled delight that’s perfect for dipping bread.
