We wanted to pair the traditional txistorra sausage pintxo with a unique beer: Thus we have brewed Santo Tomas, a cloudy and somewhat pale IPA with a high amount of resinous and herbal hops and a touch of citrus. The perfect accompaniment for such a day and any other.
