Delivery

At Basqueland, we work with trusted logistics partners to ensure your beer arrives fresh and fast, straight from our brewery.

We use specialized packaging to keep every can in perfect condition during transit.

The checkout page includes a shipping cost calculator based on your delivery address.

Shipping options, costs, and delivery times may vary depending on your location, order time, selected service, and product availability. You’ll see all available delivery methods before completing your purchase.


1. Pick-up at Basqueland Brewing

Address: Polígono Akarregi 4B, Hernani 20120

You (the buyer) just need to show your electronic receipt upon collection.
If someone else collects your order, they must present a valid ID.
Please include a note in the “Comments” section of your order indicating this.


2. Home Delivery

  • Orders placed before 14:00 on a working day are processed and shipped the same day.
  • Orders placed after 14:00 are processed the next working day.
  • Orders placed on Friday after 14:00, Saturday, or Sunday are processed on Monday.

Deliveries are made Monday to Friday (no weekend or holiday deliveries).

If the courier cannot deliver, your order will be held at the nearest pickup point and you’ll receive a notification by email or note with pickup details.


2.1 Countries We Ship To

Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Luxembourg, the Netherlands, Portugal, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Spain (Balearic Islands), Sweden.

2.2 Delivery Time & Cost

To keep our beer as fresh as possible, we prioritize fast, direct delivery.

Spain (except Balearic Islands)
Delivery: 24–48 hours after processing
Free shipping for orders ≥ €48
Shipping cost for orders < €48: €6.95

European Union & Balearic Islands
Delivery: 48–96 hours after processing
Cost: Quoted according to your selected service
Free shipping for orders ≥ €96

2.3 Tracking

Once your order ships, we’ll send you an email with your tracking number so you can follow it all the way to your door.

Returns

1.1 Defective Product

If your product doesn’t match your order upon delivery, contact us right away at info@basquebeer.com, including your order number and a description of the issue.

We pack all orders carefully to ensure they arrive in top condition. Minor dents on cans may occur during transit and are not considered defects unless the beer has leaked or the can cannot be opened.

1.2 Right of Withdrawal

According to current regulations, customers purchasing merchandise items (not beer) may withdraw from their purchase within 14 calendar days, no questions asked. The right of withdrawal does not apply to beer orders.

1.3 Merchandise Exchange

If you’d like to exchange a merchandise item (e.g. different size, color, etc.), please contact us as soon as you receive your order at info@basquebeer.com and we’ll help you manage the exchange.
