Sugaar

The fourth recipe we’ve brewed together with our friends at Sugaar in Ordizia.

The grain bill combines Lager and Extra Pale malts with wheat, malted oats and oat flakes to create a soft texture and a pale, hazy appearance. Mosaic and Citra are added on the hot side of the process, building layers of hop character and depth from the very beginning.

The aroma bursts with ripe grape, guava, mango and plenty of grapefruit pith.

On the palate, tropical fruit takes center stage, supported by a creamy mouthfeel and a measured bitterness that keeps everything balanced and vibrant.

Four years of tweaking, refining and pushing this beer a little further each time.
