We’re celebrating 10 years of Basqueland in style!

Urdaibai was born from our collaboration with the brewing geniuses from Leeds, Northern Monk, a West Coast IPA that honors the wild, free spirit of the Basque coast: bright, clean, and vibrant, where every sip waves pure hop energy.

• Aroma & flavor: a 100% old-school profile. Bursting with pine, resin, freshly cut grass, and grapefruit peel from a legendary hop quartet, Centennial, Columbus, Chinook, and Cascade that define the classic soul of this IPA.
• Body & texture: a modern base with a touch of lager malts, offering a clean, light canvas where the hops truly shine.
• Finish: dry, crisp, and bitter, the kind that leaves a mark.
• Color: bright golden and translucent, like a sunset over the ocean.

Urdaibai is our second anniversary collaboration, a tribute to the roots of the West Coast style and to the coast that inspires us every day.
