Chilling Me Softly

Chilling Me Softly is a Cold IPA built around a simple idea: keep it light, dry and incredibly drinkable without turning down the volume on the hops.

A base of Pale Ale malt, oat flakes and Barke Munich malt gives it a light, clean texture, leaving plenty of room for the hops to shine. The Lager yeast then steps in, selected for its ability to enhance thiols and bring even more expression to the hop profile.

On the nose, fresh mandarin, grape and pine resin come through, with an intensity that’s surprising for such a light beer. On the palate, it’s dry, slightly bitter and seriously refreshing.

The kind of beer that goes down easy but still leaves you with plenty to think about.
