El Príncipe is a hazy India Pale Ale with a pale yellow color, built on a base of five malts: pale malt, barley malt, wheat malt, Carapils, and flaked oats, providing a medium body and maximum silkiness on the palate.
The Mosaic whirlpool enhances juiciness and interacts with the yeast to produce ripe, fruity flavors. The double dry-hop reveals the New Zealand character of the hops: thiol aromas blend with red currants, mango, ripe citrus, and a dank layer, creating an intense and captivating aromatic complexity.
