Santería

Santería is a mystical brew infused with intense cocoa flavors, balanced with vanilla, cinnamon, and a trio of chilies. We crafted it in a ritual on the prayer altar to the Orishas, blending fantasy with tradition.

It all begins with no less than eight different malts: intensity and a full body that translate into a unique smoothness reminiscent of Mexican hot chocolate drinks.

We added dark chocolate nibs in the whirlpool, along with cinnamon, to extract a deep flavor potency, and later conditioned it with cocoa beans, vanilla pods, and a blend of three dried chilies: Chipotle, Ancho, and Morita, which add complex smoky aromas and a spiciness that slowly emerges on the palate.
