Developed in collaboration with yeast masters Lallemand Brewing to assess the outcomes of an experimental yeast strain.

We have been chosen from an exclusive group of breweries to take part in a pilot trial with this innovative, yet unnamed yeast, which has sparked a true tropical whirlwind in the beer.

To craft it, we’ve opted for extra pale malts, malted and flaked oats, and a double dry-hop of Citra and Galaxy hops that have complemented the flavors and multiplied the aromas generated by the yeast.

Claw your way into this hazy Double Dry-Hopped IPA with intense aromas of passion fruit, pineapple, guava, and pink grapefruit in a medium-bodied beer, with a smooth mouthfeel and very low bitterness.
