Ahoy mateys! Following the success of our previous effort, we’ve paired up with the team at Elkano Restaurant once again to create a beautiful, unique, and unfiltered Pilsner. Made for summer. Made for food. It has a straw-yellow color with the slightest hint of haze from the selected blend of German malts, where Carapils malt stands out, providing an extra body without adding sweetness. We finished it off with a small amount of Wakatu hops in a low-temperature whirlpool. The beer stands out for its pleasant aromas of bread, cereal, and lime zest with a subtle floral wake.
