For this beer, we’ve taken a deep dive and created a solid body using Golden Promise, Melanoidin, and raw wheat to provide a mild, sweet malt flavor with notes of honey and toast, along with a deep orange color. The malt bill contributes to a soft, silky-smooth beer with a rich and creamy mouthfeel. Hoppy aromas of peach, nectarine, papaya, and mango take over the nose, with a hint of fruit caramel from the Melanoidin malt providing a complex character. Paper covers Rock. Scissors cut Paper.
