Salto del Nervión

Salto del Nervión is an intense and monumental Double India Pale Ale, powered by New Zealand hops Nelson Sauvin and Motueka Cryo, releasing an overwhelming aromatic wave.

A liquid tribute to the landscapes of the Nervión waterfall, where nature seems to brush against New Zealand.

Brewed together with our friends at Prizm Brewing (Montpellier), this beer is born from our obsession with New Zealand hops.

• Body and texture: a silky base built with Extra Pale malt, oat flakes, malted oats, and Chit malt, providing haze and a smooth mouthfeel that unfolds with every sip.
• Color: pale yellow and deeply hazy.
• Aroma and flavor: layers of tropical fruit, Cabernet Sauvignon grape, and ripe citrus, with hints of melon. New Zealand hops bring aromatic depth, while fermentation with Saturated yeast enhances their interaction, creating a rich fruit-forward profile that expands with every sip.
• Finish: intense and persistent, like the air that fills your lungs at the edge of the abyss, leaving a deep and lasting freshness.
