Slow Ride! Take it easy, yeah. This West Coast Double IPA presses all the buttons: It’s a bright, deep-straw golden color with an equal bright hop aroma to spare–citrus, ripe melon, pineapple, and dry cedar-wood spice. On the palate, it has a strong hop profile of grapefruit skin, papaya, and whole kumquat set atop a light malt backbone allowing the hop flavors to shine with an undertone of pine resin.
