Gautxori is a smooth flight that begins with a base of Extra Pale malt, wheat and a generous amount of oat flakes, creating a pale, silky and intensely hazy beer, perfect for letting the hops flow.

The combination of Cryo Pop on the hot side and Ekuanot Dynaboost in the whirlpool sets the stage for a dry-hop of Ekuanot, Wai-iti, Pacific Gem, Southern Cross and Belma. An amalgam of hops and techniques that intertwine to create a complex, vibrant aromatic profile that is difficult to pin down.
