Jeepney

Cala… what? Calamansi, yeah! A tart, intensely flavored citrus fruit found throughout Southeast Asia. Calamansi is a hybrid between kumquats and mandarin oranges. A Jeepney is a hybrid of surplus Jeeps left over after WWII converted into colorfully, mural-adorned taxis in the Philippines. To create this beer, we started with a base of oats and wheat and added Lactobacillus Helveticus, creating a sharp sour taste. Blended in Mango and Calamansi to create a unique and flavorful brew that is sure to provide a sour ride.
