“Collaboration of death with our friends from Laugar Brewery in Gordexola, Biscay.
“Chocolate, chocolate, chocolate! We’re obsessed with cocoa and couldn’t resist. This dessert beer has been made with eight different types of malt, including chocolate malt, chocolate rye malt, golden oat flakes, and crystal malts for intense flavor and an immense depth of flavor. Additionally, we boiled the wort for an extended period of time to further concentrate the flavors. To enhance the chocolate factor, we added cocoa powder and chocolate coating to the whirlpool. And to take it to the next level, we incorporated a blend of Congo and Ecuadorian cocoa nibs selected and roasted by Kaitxo at low temperatures, recirculating the beer for as long as necessary for an incredible intensity of flavor. Death by chocolate!”
