Conditioned over with Cocoa, Chocolate, Coffee, Vanilla, Biscuit, and Lactose.



  • 4 eggs
  • 100g sugar
  • 500g mascarpone
  • Espresso coffee
  • Savoiardi biscuit
  • Cocoa powder


  • Separate yolks from whites.
  • Whisk egg yolks and sugar, then incorporate Mascarpone.
  • Whisk the whites until stiff peaks, then gently fold them into the mascarpone cream.
  • Briefly soak the biscuits in a mixture of coffee and a shot of your favorite Basqueland Stout.


  • Start with a layer of cream,
  • followed by a layer of Savoiardi.
  • Repeat until out of product.
  • Dust cocoa powder on top.
